Born in the small village of Gagra in District Moga, Punjab, Dr. Dhaliwal began his journey with a deep passion for learning and an unwavering commitment to uplifting society through education. He laid the foundation of his mission by establishing the BIS Polytechnic College at Kot Ise Khan, which became a cornerstone for his vision of providing quality education. Following this, he founded the BIS Group of Institutions at Gagra, Moga, further expanding his mission to provide world-class education and shaping the academic future of countless students.
Under his dynamic leadership, Dr. Dhaliwal went on to establish institutes at various locations, including Chandigarh, Mohali, Talwandi Sabo, Patna, and others, significantly impacting the educational ecosystem. He served as the Founder President of the Punjab Unaided Technical Institutions Association (PUTIA), advocating for the advancement of technical education. As the Chancellor of Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo, and Chairman of the BIS Group of Institutions, Gagra, Moga, he played a pivotal role in nurturing academic excellence. Additionally, as Vice Chairman of SUS, Tangori, Mohali, he demonstrated his commitment to holistic education.
